What is it?

Home Pelvic Routines are an A to Z of pelvic floor muscle training and routines that are needed by women and men, they are a series of videos and e-books, designed by Aoife Ni Eochaidh, an expert and highly experienced coru registered clinical specialist pelvic women’s & men’s health physiotherapist and are a preventative or essential therapy solution.

The exercises and routines are clearly and simply explained by Aoife, and they are easy to do, and everything is given in an achievable, step by step way. It only takes minutes to do the exercises. This online 9 step or 9 week program of exercises and routines will help women and men to fully train their pelvic floor from home, using a smart phone or laptop. The exercises are super quick and easy, no special clothes are needed, the exercises are done in sitting, walking, standing and while lifting.

There is lifestyle, diet and fluid advice too and a tracker to monitor progress and as a reminder to do the exercises. Each step consists of a 5.5 minute long video and a 12 page e book. Access to the videos is given for a full 12 months and the e-books can be downloaded and saved.

Steps 1-3 are the first 3 exercises and routines, to begin the training, steps 4 to 6 are the next advanced exercises and routines and steps 7 to 9 bring you a fully trained pelvic floor, that you can easily maintain, for life.
