FAQs

  • Do I need the Bundle?

    Not Necessarily! You can purchase each Course individually, but to fully train you Pelvic Floor you will need to complete all of the 9 steps across the three separate programs.

    We would often recommend to purchase the bundle on day one to give you access to all of the content, while also saving you money!

  • Are the classes live or can you build them into your own Schedule?

    You can build them into your own Schedule! You can re-watch the videos over and over and over again while you have access. The exercises are quick, easy and effective.

  • How long do I have access?

    From the date of your enrollment, you will have access to the platform (Videos and eBooks) for 12 months.

    As an added bonus, if you download the eBooks as you go through the course you can keep them forever!

  • What do I get?

    Once you purchase a course you will receive an email with access to our learning platform. Inside the course you will find a series of Videos and eBooks of the exercises and routines that will help you fully train your Pelvic Floor.

    Each video is 5.5 minutes long, and each supporting eBook is 12 pages.

  • Are the courses helpful for Bladder/Bowel Incontinence while Running?

    Home Pelvic Routines are suitable for Runners. Aoife sees many Runners and athletes in her clinical practise, and leaks are very common. Wearing an incontinence pad while Running while doing the courses in parallel is the best way to overcome that challenge.

  • Are the courses suitable for Pregnant mothers?

    Home Pelvic Routines are suitable in pregnancy and in the early post natal period too.

  • Is a Consultation required in Aoife's Clinical Practise before starting the courses?

    According to Aoife, if you follow along and listen carefully to what she is saying, you will improve your pelvic floor and all other aspects of your life that it affects giving you your confidence back, while being able to receive world class treatment from the comfort of your own home!
